Event types
Switch on the parts you need. A weekly networking breakfast and a 400-cover gala dinner run through the same ticketing, pricing and check-in. Open any card for the full breakdown.
The table booker pays for ten seats, then invites ten guests. Each guest gets their own ticket, picks their own courses and declares their own allergies.
Weekly breakfasts, monthly lunches, quarterly socials. Build the series once and every date inherits the pricing, the tiers and the coupon rules.
Take squad bookings, collect training and match subs on a schedule, fill holiday camps, and run golf days that capture a handicap at sign-up.
Live demos
Four working screens from the same gala dinner, one for each person it touches. Nothing is saved, and nothing asks you to sign up.
Buy a table of six, then name the guests, capture their dietaries and access needs, and seat them.
Try it Live demoConfirm attendance, pick a course at a time and buy wine for the table, paid for by the guest.
Try it Live demoAuto-allocate seventy-eight guests across ten tables, keeping every booking together.
Try it Live demoThe anonymised brief: room layout, covers per dish, and access needs against a seat number.
Try itWhat you get
From a single ticket to a 40-table dinner with courses and paid extras. Set it up once; the week of admin before each event goes with it.
Build the event once: ticket types, add-ons, questions and menus. Guests pay on a branded checkout and the money is banked at point of sale, not held and paid over weeks later.
Price the same event differently for members, guests of members and the public. Events Builder checks who someone is at checkout, so the member rate cannot leak out on a shared link.
Fees appear in the events dashboard before you publish. Add them on top of the ticket price or absorb them, and see the margin either way.
Menus, courses, dietary flags, table plans and paid extras in one place, captured per guest rather than per booking.
Draw the room once: tables, stage, dancefloor, bar and fire exits, with the seats and requirements on each table. It is the same plan the venue works from on the night.
Branded notifications in the app and by email, tracking links and QR codes generated for you, and promotion to the wider community beyond your own list.
Scan the ticket in a browser on any phone. It carries the guest's package, menu choices, allergies, table and seat number.
Cancel a guest, move a seat or refund a single line item without unpicking the whole booking or re-issuing everyone's tickets.
Set the discount, cap the redemptions per code or per buyer, pick an expiry, and restrict it to certain tiers. All four are enforced at checkout.
From the live demos
Real captures from the working demos. Click through on any of them and use the screen yourself.
Set the table count, choose numerical or balanced fill, and auto-allocate. Bookings stay together on their own tables, hosts are named, and the spare tables stay empty instead of being padded out. Drag anyone the rules got wrong.
Every invited guest gets a link: confirm attendance, pick a course at a time, flag allergies, and settle their own paid extras. The booker never relays an order and you never chase one.
One link gives the venue the room layout, covers per dish and every allergy, keyed to seat numbers. It updates as bookings change, and no guest's name or contact details travel with it.
How a tabled event runs
This is the flow for a gala or tabled event. A single-ticket networking event skips step two and goes straight to check-in.
The booker picks their package and courses at checkout, along with upgrades and paid extras. Dietary requirements and special requests come in as structured fields, not free-text notes for someone to read out later.
The booker enters names and email addresses and stops there. Each guest gets their own ticket and their own short checkout for courses, dietaries and accessibility needs. Nobody has to chase anybody by email.
Scan the ticket and it shows the guest's package, menu choices, allergies, table and seat number. Your door team works from one screen on a phone they already own.

Questions organisers ask first
Yes. Ticket tiers are tied to membership status, subscription tier or guest-of-member status. Events Builder checks the buyer against your member list at checkout, so a non-member cannot buy the member rate by getting hold of the link.
Set a tier at £0 and cap how many a member can claim, per event or across the series. The guest still gets a real ticket, so they still appear on the door list and can still be seated and fed.
You do, at the point of sale. We never hold customer funds and there are no back end rebates. Fees are shown in the dashboard before you publish, and you choose whether to add them on top or absorb them in the ticket price.
No. The booker invites them by name and email, and each guest gets their own ticket with a guest checkout for courses, dietaries and accessibility needs.
You set the table sizes and the rules: keep this booking together, split this group of fourteen across two tables, seat sponsors near the top table. Events Builder fills the room against those rules, and you drag anyone who still needs moving.
A room layout and a live table plan: covers per table, course counts, allergies and accessibility needs. It updates as bookings change, so the kitchen is not working from a spreadsheet you emailed a fortnight ago.
Yes. Add custom questions to any ticket type: handicap, playing position, kit size, date of birth, emergency contact, parental consent. Answers appear on the ticket and in your exports.
No. Check-in runs in the browser on a phone or tablet and scans the QR code on the ticket.
