Squads, subs, camps and golf days

Take squad bookings for the block, collect training and match subs on a schedule, fill holiday camps by age group, and run a golf day that asks every player for their handicap at sign-up.

What a club actually spends its evenings on

Chasing subs, counting places, and rebuilding the same sign-up sheet every season. Each of these is a setup rather than a task.

Squad and session bookings

Publish a block of sessions in one go, with its own capacity per session. Training squads and match squads can carry different sizes, different prices and different questions on the same block.

  • A whole block of sessions published at once
  • Separate capacity for training and match squads
  • Members, non-members and trialists priced differently
  • Per-session capacity where the pitch or hall changes
  • Attendance history per player across the block
  • Refunds return the place to the pool automatically

Subs for training and playing squads

Set the amount and the schedule and stop asking. Training subs and playing-squad supplements can sit on the same player, and the club banks the money at the point it is collected.

  • Monthly, termly or per-session collection
  • A different rate for training and playing squads
  • Per-match supplements on top of the monthly sub
  • Club banks the money at point of sale
  • We never hold the club’s funds
  • Who has paid and who hasn't, in one list

Holiday camp bookings

One camp, several weeks, several age groups, each with its own capacity and price. Parents book on their phone and the multi-place discount comes off automatically when they book a second child.

  • Separate capacity per week and per age group
  • Book a single day or a full week
  • Sibling and multi-place discounts at checkout
  • Emergency contact and medical notes captured per child
  • Parental consent recorded at the point of booking
  • Register printed or scanned on the day

Golf days that ask the right question

A golf day sign-up needs more than a name and a card number. Add a handicap field to the ticket and every player supplies it themselves, so you are not emailing forty people the week before to build the tee sheet.

  • Handicap captured from every player at sign-up
  • Book as an individual, a pair or a full four-ball
  • Home club and society name on the ticket
  • Buggies, halfway house and prizes sold as paid extras
  • Dinner afterwards priced and seated as a tabled event
  • Handicaps and answers included in your export

Ask whatever your sport needs

Handicap, playing position, kit size, date of birth, emergency contact. Add the questions to the ticket and the answers arrive with the booking instead of in a reply-all.

Custom questions on any ticket

Each ticket type carries its own set of questions. A trialist gets asked different things from a returning player, and a parent booking a camp place gets asked different things again. Answers show on the ticket and in your exports.

  • Text, number, date, dropdown and yes/no fields
  • Required or optional, per question
  • Different questions per ticket type
  • Answers on the ticket at check-in
  • Everything included in your export
  • Ask once and reuse it across the season

The rest of the club admin

Member validation

Paid-up members get the member rate. Trialists and guests get yours. Checked as they book, not afterwards.

Register on the door

Scan or tick players in from a phone. The register shows what each player has paid for and any notes on their ticket.

Coupon codes

Codes for sponsors, hardship places or a recruitment push, capped and dated so they stop when you meant them to.

Fees you can see first

Commission shows in the dashboard before you publish. Add it on top or absorb it, and the club keeps the revenue at point of sale.

Branded notifications

Session reminders, camp confirmations and subs receipts go out under the club's name, in the app and by email.

Refunds and transfers

Refund a session, move a player to another week of camp, or cancel a place. The capacity updates on its own.

Club bookings, answered

Can I collect a handicap without making it a required field for everyone?

Yes. Questions are set per ticket type and each one can be required or optional. The golf day ticket asks for a handicap; the dinner-only ticket doesn't.

How do subs work if a player joins halfway through the term?

They start on the next collection date. You can also sell a part-term ticket at a different price for the sessions remaining.

Can parents book two children in one go?

Yes, and the multi-place discount comes off at checkout. Each child gets their own place with their own emergency contact, medical notes and consent record.

Who actually holds the money?

The club does. Revenue is banked by the organiser at the time of sale. We never hold customer funds and there are no back end fees or rebates.

Can a golf day include the dinner afterwards?

Yes. Run the golf as the ticketed event and the dinner as a tabled event on the same booking, so the food choices, allergies and seating come through the same flow as a gala.

What happens when a session sells out?

The session closes at the capacity you set. If someone refunds, the place returns to the pool and becomes bookable again.

Set up one block and stop chasing

Publish a term of sessions, switch the subs on, and see what a month without a spreadsheet looks like.
